As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for driving business growth in line with annual targets, through the personal leadership of portfolio customers. We’re not your average tool hire company. This role is a remote position with lots of face-to-face contact with potential and existing clients.

What you’ll do:

• Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts to drive and deliver growth
• Drive the operation of the Key Accounts team, growing existing customers and attracting new business in targeted sectors.
• You will personally lead bids, proposals and presentation to customers whilst also maintaining ongoing relationships
• You'll work closely with your Key Account Director to drive high level sales and relationships

What you’ll bring:

• Strong account management experience with demonstrable experience in driving growth through effective relationship selling
• Experience within the hire industry and airport / aviation industry is desirable
• Outstanding communication skills with strong commercial acumen
• Able to lead from the front, influencing and achieving targets
• A self-starter with strong drive to deliver results whilst working in an autonomous way
