We’re looking for an experienced and data-driven CRM Manager to lead the charge in developing and delivering smart, high-performing email and lifecycle marketing strategies that engage, convert, and retain both B2B and B2C customers.
This is a pivotal role where you’ll use customer insights to shape personalised, automated experiences, with a strong focus on our B2B audiences and help drive real commercial impact. If you’re passionate about crafting campaigns that resonate and drive results, we want to hear from you.
The impact you’ll have:
As our CRM Manager, you’ll be the strategic and operational lead for email marketing, turning customer data into targeted, meaningful communications. From segmentation to automation, you’ll own the full lifecyclecreating standout campaigns that support brand loyalty, drive conversion, and fuel long-term growth.
A typical day:
- Craft and manage engaging, on-brand email content that aligns with commercial goals
- Build and optimise automated workflows and trigger-based communications across the customer journey
- Identify and segment audiences based on demographics, behaviour, and purchase history
- Use A/B testing and test-and-learn strategies to boost engagement and conversion
- Take ownership of email scheduling, delivery, reporting, and campaign selections in Klaviyo
- Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and use insights to improve future campaigns
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visually strong and brand-aligned content
- Provide clear reports and dashboards with performance trends and recommendations
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end email campaignsfrom strategy and segmentation to execution and analysis
- Strong knowledge of email best practices and performance optimisation techniques
- Expertise in Klaviyo (or a similar ESP) for managing complex campaigns and automation
- Comfortable working with data-driven insights to refine content, strategy, and targeting
- Understanding of email regulations and compliance standards
- A creative eye and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams
- A portfolio showcasing high-performing email campaigns and the impact they made
