Field Sales

Our field sales team are responsible for working with a portfolio of customers throughout the UK.

Joining this key part of our business means focusing on growing that portfolio by winning new business, negotiating new deals, building on existing customer relationships, and taking a tactical approach to the future of your area.

It also means working closely with a number of other HSS businesses and departments including HSS Training, OneCall and Equipment Sales - and making sure that you live and breathe HSSness in everything you do.

Experience is essential and you’ll need to mix a proven track record in working with large regional accounts with true leadership potential and a genuine customer focused approach. Add strong planning, organisational and networking skills, solid product knowledge, and a full driving licence, and you’ll have just what it takes to make the impact we’re looking for. And with our new incentive scheme, you can earn up to £20,000 extra a year on top of a competitive salary and quarterly bonus.
