Our Contact Centre is one of the fastest growing areas of our business. And with a huge number of customers to look after every day, it’s also one of the fastest moving too.

The HSSers in our Contact Centre cover a number of roles. Our Key Accounts people focus on maintaining the great relationships we enjoy with our customers - and on delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Our OneCall team deal with inbound and outbound calls, with the ultimate aim of meeting a huge range of customer needs - quickly and efficiently. And our Customer Care department specialises in delighting customers - delivering an exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints to the highest standards.

Joining any of these teams means having genuine customer service experience, an ability to lead from the front, the patience and skills to complete paperwork accurately and on time, and a commitment to meeting - and smashing - all kinds of targets.
